I have a friend who is in my Mafia in Mafia wars. We are at the same level. My energy takes 5 minutes to recycle. His only takes 3 minutes. Why the difference?

In Pet Society on Facebook, how long does it take for your petling to fully grow?
I once read it took 1 day but what the hell I’ve had my petling for like a month or something why isn’t it fully grown? i want to buy more petlings but i can’t when mine won’t be fully grown! help? -_- im tired of waiting.
i’m wondering how long the workers on Facebook’s application Restaurant City can work until getting worn out. i would like to have the application running overnight while i sleep, so that way i can earn gourmet points. however, i don’t want my workers to get worn out while i sleep, thus being unable to serve the customers, resulting in a “thumbs down” and losing popularity. so i’d like to know…how long does it take for the workers to get worn out? thanks!
